Full payment is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation.
The first 30% is considered a deposit.

Cancellation terms

You can cancel your reservation at any time.

  1. In event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date:
    The refund will be 70%.
    The remaining 30% will be credited only once (1) for a period of six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
    No additional fees will be charged.
    WARNING: Rates vary according to season
  2. In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date:
    Reservations are non-refundable and non-creditable. No extensions will be granted.
    No additional fees will be charged.
  3. If the customer takes out a cancellation insurance policy, this will take precedence over the internal cancellation policy

Royal Dalhousie has partnered with Protect Group to offer you the opportunity to cover the unexpected.

For 7% of the total cost of your booking, receive a 100% refund (accommodation and additional services not payable locally) if you are unable to keep your reservation.
